Amazing service, wonderful staff and a hotel that I would rebook

Everything from booking to friendly staff, smooth process and a holiday that was exactly what it said it was

We always have excellent customer service from Jet2. We tend to travel to the same place at least three times per year. Flights are rarely delayed, standards are excellent. The reason for four stars rather than five is because of the clunky app that does require urgent attention.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at the Royal Savoy, Madeira. From booking to airport customer support and to flights Jet 2 were excellent. Our ' go - to ' short haul holiday company.

My flight was delayed by over 2 hours with very little communication from the gate agents. When we finally boarded, the cabin felt cramped, and the tray table was sticky. But to top it all off, when we landed, my checked bag was completely missing!!!

I waited in line at the baggage service desk for two hours just to file a claim, however the staff member's only desire was to finish their shift and go home, they couldn’t care less, it’s absolutely disgraceful! It took five days to get my luggage back, and I had to buy essential clothing out of pocket. When I contacted the customer support they ignored my reimbursement requests. I will never fly with this airline again!

From booking to landing home everything was great. Booking a last minute holiday on the app was easy, checking in online was easy, great communication throughout. Checking luggage in at the airport through the self service was easy and staff on by to help out.
Flight was on time, transfer was on time and quick, the hotel and staff were great. We saw that the Jet2 rep was at the hotel and was notified when they were there, but never had to use. Transfer back was on time and easy. The only snag was the long queue at the returning airport to check luggage in, however there were lots of desks open. Overall the experience was great.

Great value holidays..check in at Bhx is second to none. Plenty of staff all friendly .my 7th holiday with Jet 2 .the 8th is alreadybooked

Excellent holiday and travel with Jet2. Hotel and staff were exceptional, I would strongly recommend Hotel Mlini for a relaxing adult stay in a fantastic location with water taxi connections to Dubrovnik and other local sights

The hotel was lovely staff was great evening entertainment not so good also far to many kids for the time of year so as of that would not return

Everything was great the only downside is the time of the flight home. Landing from Cyprus at 2.30 in the morning at LBA is not good. By the time we managed to get our suitcases and thena taxi home we didn't get in till 4.15, we were absolutely shattered. Perhaps a more convenient landing time would be better

Really enjoyed my visit to Benelmadena, the enjoyment began on the plane with the pilot's welcome speech (little jokes added in - probably the first time I've really paid attention to one of these). Stayed at the San Fermin hotel. It's in a good location, easily walkable to most things (though it is on a steep hill which didn't bother me, but might bother others), short walk to the beach, paseo, nice places to eat (try the restaurants in Bonanza square, just up the hill from the hotel). The room itself was a decent size, as was the balcony, but be aware that on the end room on the corridor, the balcony is directly facing the one opposite as the hotel is in an L shape. Luckily, the people on the balcony oposite mine didn't use theirs much or it would have felt weird sitting out there. The hotel grounds are lovely and well taken care of, lots of sunbeds under the palm trees, and the main pool is a very good size, good for swimming lengths in, and and was nice and deep. It went from shallowest end a 1.37m to 2.10m at the deep end - there is a baby pool and another plunge pool also. The hotel staff were there for whatever you needed, very helpful, and i enjoyed my stay.
