A fraudulent transaction was made on my account, I reported it right away. Took weeks to resolved and that was only due to me chasing them. It was resolved and I thought that was the end of it, but no a month later I tried to use my card and couldn't due to restricts. Again I contacted them and was told it would take 2 weeks to resolve and here I am nearly 3 months down the line from the original incident still unable to use my card. And best of all customer service is only open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, so if you work it's a nightmare to get in touch and if you use the live chat they just close the conversation

I have been dealing with Jaja for about a year now. It was easy to apply for my card. I find the card helpful in large purchases. The service I have received so far has been helpful and they do not pressure you into increases or credit transfers . I would recommend Jaja to anyone who asked me about them.
