I paid $1,000 for a product
Product quality is shiny and gorgeous.
Especially, jewerly box looks so creative with small LED system. It makes the jewerly more shiny. It was for gift for my wife, and she was very happy with the product.
Just one feedback I'd like to comment is,
interium progress might need to be shared. Since every product will be high price and precius. And I paid high price for a product, but it says only 'processing', without any interim status.
I felt anxious a little bit, but I got calm back after I got confirmation throu phone call.

I ordered two hollow 10K rope chains
I ordered two hollow 10K rope chains. I wore one of them and it popped shortly after. I ordered a replacement for that chain, then took the second chain out of the box, and it popped before I even had a chance to wear it.
At this point, this feels like a quality issue. I understand hollow chains are more delicate, but both chains breaking under normal handling is unacceptable.
