Initial phone call the sales rep "Tina" was very helpful, very knowledgeable about product and pricing. She also help quell my concern over bad review about product authenticity. I think the best part is they will fully refund if an issue should arise. Pricing is also very fair.

My item should have shipped by now. Update: I received an email saying I would receive another email with a tracking number once my item shipped but I never received it. Then I received a link to leave a review so I gave it one star. But ultimately I received my item in the appropriate amount of time and it was brand new in the right packaging. That was the only glitch was no email with a tracking number. Otherwise I am very happy with my order and may order again in the future.

The silver diamond pavé cross that I ordered with a custom bail, was made to perfection. Better than the photo representations on their website. Beautiful. I am also impressed with how quickly I received my order. Color me impressed.
