I was looking for a platform for stocks…
I was looking for a platform for stocks and shares ISA and after researching, I settled for this. Very easy to apply and simple and easy to navigate. This is my first time on an investment platform and I found it so easy. No charges if you manage your portfolio yourself.

One star is fitting. Don’t use it you might transfer your money out!
The one star is earned for the relatively nice user interface and zero fees.
Unfortunately the zero fees masks the incredibly disappointing and inept support staff who have sat on an ISA transfer out to a different provider for 12 weeks. After 15 exchanges of messages back and forth, going round in circles and mentioning the same issue but not resolving it, there is a case with the Financial Ombudsman now. And even the mention of the Ombudsman didn’t kick the team into gear.
Would recommend for low fees, but if you’d like to be locked in to this provider in a tax free wrapper, it’s a great way to do that. If you want your money back, go for a GIA, or just swerve this company entirely.

Average, nothing special, free to trade on execution only yes but the customer support is bad, just stock answers via email no phone support.
When i had problems with withdrawal took ages to resolve, delay in getting my money. Not good.
