Great flowers and great service

The flowers and gifts were exactly as I ordered and the lady who delivered them was kind enough to take them inside my mother's apartment as she has difficulty walking.

Fantastic service

It was easy to order although I could not find any shops in my area, I went online to order some flowers for my daughter in law in Australia they perfect for her she loved the flowers they were delivered on the day on time excellent service from interflora so pleased will definitely use them again 😀

Really easy to use website!

Really easy to use website!! Flowers were as ordered and still going strong 10 days later !! Delivery was on time made a wonderful surprise for my 91 year old friend!! As a bonus a beautiful card inside with the correct message 😊 highly recommended

Disappointed!

Ordered two flower wraps from grange town florists one for my son and the other one for his friend on their graduation day each priced at £49.
Paid extra for an am delivery adding a special note asking if it’s possible if it could be delivered by 8:30 am.

Delivery was done exactly one hour later which could have been excused if the quality of the flowers was not compromised .
Few tired looking flowers which did not represent the photograph on their website.
Even though the recipients names were clearly mentioned in the order both wraps had the same name .
Highly disappointed.

Followers delivered

My order was delivered as promised and the service was smooth from start to finish. Delivery was quick, communication was clear, and everything arrived exactly as expected. A reliable service overall.

Late delivery

Late delivery
Delivered a day late
Paid for an AM delivery and received a call around 1130 on morning of delivery explaining could not deliver on the day I chose. This was
For an anniversary which my mother now celebrates alone since my father passed away.
Delivery should have been 29th June. They were delivered 30th June instead

Funeral Flowers never arrived - disgusted

I placed an order for a bereavement and the flowers never arrived. I could not contact interflora.
I will never use Interflora again, it’s all about the money and terrible service! I am very unhappy as this bouquet was for my brother who lost his young son.. I really didn’t need this stress at this time.
I will also be leaving a review on as many websites, to warn other customers about the poor service and not to use this company.

Supply not as ordered

Sadly the basket of beautiful flowers I'd ordered to be delivered to my friend in Canada was supplied as a planted basket. A second delivery of flowers in a smaller basket followed and my friend was pleased with them, but this service was not to your normally high standard
