Don’t use anyone else. Every few months I buy my mum flowers and get them delivered. The quality of these flowers are always high standards and last weeks later.
Missing Vase
Ten days ago, my friend in Australia received a bouquet of flowers. There should also have been a vase. There wasn't one, so my friend had to find one. I told Interflora a few times about the missing vase, and they said they would look into it within 48 hours. That wasn't true. They have not contacted me about the problem, so I paid too much for the flowers because there was no vase. They made some lame excuse about time differences. They are an international company. They have to deal with time differences every day. My friend in Australia and I would both be happy if she received a vase. If not, I should receive a refund, which seems fair to me. I will not deal with Interflora again.

Overall, very disappointing.
The online ordering service was very good. Having looked at other websites I chose Interflora for their wide selection of products i.e. choice of flowers and colours. Also they offered next day delivery. The next morning they emailed me to say that the flowers would be delivered that day between eight and six. I informed the recipient that they would arrive that day. Around midday I received another email from Interflora saying they were unable to deliver the flowers due to unavailability of my choice of flowers I found this to be very frustrating. When the flowers did arrive two days later I can only say that they were very disappointing and looked no better than the choice at my local supermarket. Some petals on the pink roses were already turning brown at the edges.

Flowers arrived on requested day, delivered by a cheerful driver from the florist. Flowers are really nice, fragrant, pretty and are still looking fresh after a week. My wife was very pleased with them.

What abysmal service both in terms of the flowers delivered and the pitiful customer service experience.
I ordered Birthday flowers to be delivered to my friend in Sicily. The order was for the not inexpensive cost of £58.09.
It was disappointing that what was supposed to have been a lovey birthday treat had been spoiled. It would have been better not to have delivered the flowers in the first place given the sorry state they arrived in.
The bouquet that arrived was woeful, five sunflowers, a spring of gypsophila and a bit of crunchy eucalyptus. To add insult to injury it was wilting and half dead. My friend sent me photographs of the state of the flowers when they arrived and also the next day. She attempted to revive them but to no avail. Having contacted Interflora on the day of delivery and several times since (attaching said photos) to express my displeasure and requesting a refund they have failed to properly respond. It would seem that they are now communicating only via AI (not a human to be had) resulting in generic ‘we’ll get back to you in 48 hours’ nonsense.
Had I been able to communicate with an actual human being I’m sure this matter could have been resolved in a matter of minutes. Instead I find myself at the mercy of an incompetent robot.
The experience that we have had of Interflora is appalling, I will definitely not be using them in the future.
At time of writing, despite several promises to get back to me I have heard nothing in regard to the dying flowers and my refund.
Clauses 1.9,7.1 and 7.2 of their terms and conditions states:
1.9 We guarantee the freshness of your flowers for 7 days from the date of delivery/collection.
7.1 In the event you are not satisfied with the Interflora Service, please contact us and we’ll do all we can to put the situation right, or, if you prefer, give you your money back.
7.2 Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
It would seem that I now have no choice but to instigate a chargeback on my Credit Card.
Update July 6th 2026 15.57 Hours
Well, I’ll go to the foot of our stairs. Yet more evidence of what a shower Interflora are.
No decent response to my various communications all last week. I post my trust pilot review and lo and behold they get back to me very promptly with the promise of a refund.
To be perfectly frank, given the time I have had to spend on pursuing redress, and the disappointment my friend experienced on her special day, a refund is the least they can do. The fact is they are merely complying with their terms and conditions of service.
What a way to run a company. They should be ashamed.
As I said in my review I certainly will not be using them again
