Fantastic website! I purchased music software from them online. They were much cheaper then other sites. The confirmation sale email was very helpful and informative. I was worried as I had never purchased from this site before but I was able to contact them via phone (UK) to follow up the sale and the serial was sent via email straight away.

Needed to return an item and it got processed for a replacement quickly. Unfortunately the item got sent to the wrong address but they were very quick to arrange a fix for this, and reimbursed me for my troubles. Good customer service.

Found the pedal I was looking for (NUX Stageman Floor) as cheap as I could on the internet here, then found that I could get another 5% off and free delivery! Much better deal than other suppliers were offering or willing to give (I live chatted with a competitor and they were having non of it). Pedal arrived within a couple of days, confirmation emails and tracking provided were spot on. This is how you do internet shopping! Will not hesitate to buy again and highly recommend.
