Disappointing Experience with Audio-Volt

I'm really disappointed with my experience with Audio-Volt. I placed an order on October 1st, and was told it would arrive within 2-3 days. The item was a birthday
gift, so it was supposed to arrive on time. However, it's been well over the expected delivery time, and I still haven't received my order.

I've tried to track the order, but there hasn't been any update.

I had reason to contact customer services and the issue was sorted out promptly and fairly. I would definately have no hesitation in dealing with this company again.

In a product area that I knew very little about, Kieran was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and responsive to my constant queries. The net result was that the installation went well. My customers are happy.

Ordered a stereo system and had a few hickups with delayed delivery and incomplete order when received, however, customer service were quick to respond and rectify in each instance. I am happy with the product and despite the few inconveniences would use this company again.

I purchased some Lithe ceiling speakers from Audio Volt. The advice and Customer Service was excellent. Next step is installation - I am looking forward to using these speakers

Great choice of products and decent prices (not the best price but ok). Pre and post sales support is where they add real value and why we return to them for new products and quotes.

Ordered a record player for my son’s birthday on Monday with 2-3 day delivery. Emailed Thursday to check it will arrive by the weekend. Reply on Friday claiming his colleague had emailed on Tuesday (checked my trash and spam and NOPE) to say it’s out of stock and the order is cancelled. At least be honest. Birthday main gift scuppered.

Used them this for the first time when I bought an headphone extension lead
My order arrived the next day via Evri(always efficient and friendly)
It was well packaged. The item was also very cheap compared to other stores.

Googled the company. I have no idea about tech so called and spoke at a sales guy who advised me and I have just placed the order.

Really disappointed, I bought two speakers last year and now one of them can’t connect to Bluetooth. When I sent it for repair, it got some foam glue on it, and they returned it saying they couldn’t fix it because of the glue. The foam glue has nothing to do with the Bluetooth circuitry inside the speaker. A truly disappointing experience with their products.

I had a million questions about the set up and connection of some speakers and Tom answered them all in really good detail. We ordered them along with everything else he recommended and it’s all fab :)

Such brilliant service, I ordered our Music Centre, yesterday, paid online, and it was delivered this morning.. Never had such brilliant service and delivery time anywhere.. I ordered a set of speakers from Audio Volt, one of which was unfortunately badly damaged during transit. However, having emailed the team about the damage, I got a very quick response and they dispatched a new set of speakers with next-day delivery.
I really can’t fault Audio Volt on their impeccable customer service and I’d certainly recommend them. A happy customer here!

Great Company -Kieran was very helpful and steered me in the right direction....

I kitted out my house with about 7 pairs of Audiolithe speakers and some wet room ones. It my builder and electrician ages to get around to fitting them, like 5 months after purchase.

One speaker was faulty... Made a right racket... I needed a replacement but...

There was nothing to worry about. One email, and Kieran understood the issue. Arranged for a return, test, and within a week I had a new replacement.

Incredible service - how you fix something when things go wrong, as they do, speaks volumes...

Audio Volt helped me to purchase a couple of Bluetooth speakers for my newly renovated kitchen diner. They suggested the Lithe Audio speakers which have turned out to be just what I was looking for. They sound great and are really easy to use. Overall I am really happy with the service Audio Volt provided!

I bought the Apart speakers but they sent Biamp speakers saying that it is the same. It might be, but nowhere on the website is said that one would receive a different product. They also mentioned that Apart no longer exists, however keep offering the speakers.
The return was well organised and the money refunded.
