The quality of customer service is very poor
The quality of customer service is very poor. I cannot comment on the quality of the products because I never actually received the item I ordered.
I ordered a product that was clearly shown as being in stock on the website. However, the following day I received an email informing me that the item was actually out of stock and that they had no idea when it would become available.
I called their customer service to ask for more information. I was told that the product was not available anywhere, not even from the manufacturer, and that they had checked stock availability across Europe. They said it would take up to 10 days to let me know whether they would be able to obtain it.
As I could not wait that long, I requested a refund. The product was expensive, and I had already paid for it in full. I was then told that it could take up to five working days for my money to be refunded. This was completely unacceptable, as I needed the funds to purchase the product elsewhere as soon as possible.
I ended up ordering the same product from Amazon, directly from the manufacturer’s official store, and it was delivered in less than 15 hours.
Only after I informed the company that I would consider taking legal action regarding the unjustified retention of my money and would seek compensation for any losses caused by their actions was my refund processed on the very same day.
My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone, not even to friends. Everyone is free to make their own decision, but I would advise potential customers to be cautious.

Worked perfectly
I was worried that the cartridge wouldn’t work in my old Epson printer but I had no issues whatsoever. Plus I knew that there was technical support available at the end of the phone. I’m very happy to have discovered this company. I’m saving money and I can continue to use my old printer. It’s all good.

All OK now
It took a while for delivery, but the delay seems to be down to Royal Mail. When the package arrived everything was secure and in perfect condition (no spillages).

Used company for many years. Excellent value for money.
I have been purchasing ink cartridges from ink toner UK for many years. I have never had any problems. They are very good quality. They last a long time. Sometimes my printer even picks up the ink level indicator even though they are not genuine cartridges. I have no complaints. it works fine with them. They are very good value for money.
