After some extensive research I decided to use Ingle & Rhode to help me design an enagement ring. I love the fact I was able to choose ethically sourced metals and diamonds, this was particularly important to me.

I had so many questions and Delma was absolutely incredible, patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I was unable to make it into London to visit them face to face so ended up doing all of this over via email - absolutely no concerns with doing this, Delma went out of her way to quickly answer all my questions, providing photos, CAD drawings and information all to help me really pin down exactly what I wanted.

The diamond I selected had to be changed and Ingle & Rhode provided a slightly bigger diamond, with the same characteristics for exactly the same cost.

The ring itself is absolutely stunning. Everyone that has seen it has commented on how gorgeous the end product is. It's clearly well built and of outstanding quality.

I have no doubts we will contact Ingle & Rhode again when we come to purchase our wedding bands.

If you are considering using Ingle & Rhode you'd be hard pushed to find anyone better!

I cannot recommend Ingle and Rhode enough. My partner proposed with a temporary dress ring and I loved it, but I wanted something that would last a lifetime. I sent them a picture and they recreated the ring perfectly. I went through the design process entirely via email and it was so easy and communication was always SO fast and friendly. Bianca was just brilliant. She suggested the perfect diamond at a really good price.

I messed up with my sizing, so went for a free ring resizing appointment whilst I was in London and they turned it around in three working days.

I’m SO happy with my engagement ring and get so many compliments and actual gasps. A sales person noticed it whilst I was in a different jewellery shop at the weekend and couldn’t believe how good the quality and price was.

My partner and I ordered a custom engagement ring and wedding band from Ingle & Rhode. The entire team have been incredibly helpful with the whole process. We live in Japan so it has made ordering the rings that little bit more difficult, but Ingle & Rhode have been accommodating with our requests and time pressures (especially with the later ring-sizing, which was free). I am over the moon with my engagement ring. Definitely recommend!

Myself and my partner ordered my engagement ring from Ingle and Rhode. The ring arrived today and it is stunning, craftsmanship is excellent and I would be happy to recommend. The only issue we had was a short delay, not much of an issue to us but the ring was just over a week late (ordered 2nd June, due 30th June, arrived 10th July) so this might be good to take into account? To their credit they did offer Saturday shipping with Royal Mail (to arrive on 8th July) however (for no fault of Ingle and Rhode) Royal Mail did not fulfil this.

I just wanted to thank Bianca and ingle & Rhode from the bottom of my heart. Honestly they have made my rings look so spectacular together.

I absolutely love and adore my rings. I loved my engagement ring and now my wedding band matches so well.

When it came to purchasing an engagement ring for my partner, Ingle and Rhode stuck out as a reliable and trusted company to start my search with (plus being ethically sourced was a major bonus!).
I had an initial consultation with Tim, who guided me through the world of diamonds and explained all options to me in great detail. He answered all of my questions and I never felt pressured to "upgrade" or purchase anything out of my own choice. The whole process felt informal and we naturally narrowed in on my choice.
I had a tight turnaround to get the ring ready for a holiday abroad, but the team did everything they could to get it ready in time.
My now fiancé is in love with her engagement ring and she has compliments all of the time from friends and family. I couldn't imagine going through the same process with any other jewellers.

I had the most amazing experience with this jeweller. Tim Ingle has impeccable customer service and is incredibly swift is responding to queries. Bianca's knowledge and advice during my first appointment was so valuable and ensured the correct diamond and setting were chosen. They even catered to my fancies when I decided to change the diamond after the first was purchased and set! They turned the new ring in 3 weeks flat. I'd recommend them to everyone and anyone.

I had a very specific requirement to make the ring not stick up from my finger too much so it wouldn't catch and I came in and met Emma and talked through roughly what I wanted. She sketched it out (beautifully) and then tweaked it slightly to make the design work. I was then provided with beautiful CAD design drawings to ok before the design went ahead to production. The whole team responded quickly and in line with rough time estimates they had given me. Honestly I couldn't praise them highly enough. Thank you everyone.

Natalie, and all of the staff members at Ingle & Rhode were fabulous from start to finish! The bespoke ring was even more perfect than I ever imagined it could be and exactly what I wanted! From the design stage all the way through to seeing the final result in person, they were professional, knowledgeable and just lovely! Nothing was too much hassle and somebody was always available to help!

Having had our engagement and wedding rings designed by the team we came back again to have an eternity ring made and the process was once again really enjoyable and flexible. We worked through a few variations with Natalie and arrived at a beautiful design that would fit perfectly with the existing rings, and that became reality in time for my wife’s birthday. We’re so delighted with the end result and the process was brilliant as always.

Excellent customer service and fast communication unlike some other companies providing bespoke services.

I looked high and low for a great place to design an engagement ring (about 8-10 places) but ultimately Ingle & Rhode struck a really nice balance between friendly and engaging but not overbearing and 'salesy'. Natalie was great throughout in designing a bespoke ring that took my partners preferences fully in to account.

There was a slight delay in the diamonds being received but they kept me informed of progress.

Wouldn't say they're the cheapest out there, but you get the service you pay for....

Will be back for wedding bands, highly recommend.

I'm absolutely delighted with my new ring. It's stunning. I had a good idea of what I wanted, but Natalie helped me pull it all together and source gorgeous (ethical) diamonds. She also arranged for different design options/carat sizes in CAD to visualise exactly how it would look on my hand. I'm thrilled with the final result.

Beautiful unique designs alongside wonderful service made the whole experience amazing. They have great advice and patience through the choosing part and then the workshop had the ring ready very quickly.
