Ordered books, imusic failed to fulfill both my orders. 'ordered from remote warehouse' actually means 'external supplier' and item seems unlikely to actually be in stock. You only hear about this a minimum of 3 to 4 weeks later.

They then ship whatever remains of your order without checking if you still want it.

To Troels: Thank you for your reply. Please check your service desk as well. The response I got was that 'the item was not in local stock and was not listed as such'. European law does not care if stock is local or not. It was not in stock *at all*, while 'remote warehouse' implies it's in one of your *remote warehouses*. Your product page is not truthful about the reality of things and your service desk implies that I should have simply known.

If your service desk wasn't as callous as it is, I would not have been half as angry.

Placed an order from Denmark to the USA. It is a hard to find LP and I was happy when it shipped. Unfortunately got hung up in US customs. Leif from iMusic was supportive from the beginning. I finally received the record and am very happy to have it. Great price+shipping and fantastic support team!

When I received the two autographed copies of the cd of The Mountains Sing by Michael Moller, I was disheartened and annoyed that there were no cds in the plastic tray. I emailed iMusic (based in Denmark) immediately and received a reply in just over a day.

The source of the error was the record company and not iMusic. iMusic contacted the record company and iMusic had two new cds shipped out to me ASAP- I received them quite quickly and in perfect condition. They were packed very well and securely.

iMusic could not have been more empathetic and professional to my issue through their emails and actions. They also followed up with an email to make sure that I was satisfied with the corrected cds.

iMusic is a great company to do business with and their customer service is top-notch. I will happily purchase more imported items from them.

One of the ordered items, the vinyl I wanted the most in the whole order, got delayed due to supplier, so the estimated shipping and delivery date got extended. Shortly I got an email from imusic support explaining the situation of the delay, even without me inquiring first. So that was a nice communication from their side.
Also the shipping was originally estimated to be 3 to 5 days prior to the delay. Yet after shipping, the vinyls arrived in less than 2 days. I was actually surprised how fast the shipping was.
Will continue to buy from them in the future for sure.

I ordered avatar fire and ash 3D steelbook but received the 4k version.

Instead of sending me what I ordered these guys gave me the option of a 20% refund, NO I WANT WHAT I ORDERED! A 3D COPY!!

I sent a message saying im willing to send it back if they pay for return shipping but have not heard back as of yet. Let's see what happens, ill return to update...

These guys have a great selection at good prices. My vinyl album was quickly dispatched and arrived in the UK just a few days later. It was really well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Will definitely keep iMusic on the radar for future purchases.

I've ordered 8 vinyls this year so far and they all arrived in perfect condition from Denmark to Australia. The packaging was secure enough to ensure that they arrived without any issue.

Very impressed with the level of customer service, especially when inquired on delays due to external forces that were beyond the company's control of course. They were still very attentive and quick to respond.

I will definitely order many more vinyls from imusic. The prices are reasonable and the products are of great quality; not to mention that I've been able to find a few rare vinyls that are almost impossible to find in Australia.
