Payed extra for fast shipping. After 10 days still nothing. Order no. 13729176. In stock, already trackingnumber, label created. Mailed already, no answer at all. Unbelievable. And then an answer like this, no solution at all. Ordered 8th of July, today 21th of July my second mail. Ordered for fast shipping, because it was a present.

I ordered a special UHD edition from iMusic on June 22 and eventually received it on July 16. Unfortunately, I had bought it as a birthday gift and needed it by July 11.

I understand that shipping delays can happen, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. That part, while disappointing, is understandable.

What really let me down was iMusic’s customer support. I contacted them to ask about the delay, but I didn’t receive any reply for more than a week. By the time they finally responded, I had already attended the birthday celebration empty-handed. Their only response was essentially, “If you want to cancel the order, you may,” which felt neither helpful nor customer-oriented.

The product itself arrived in good condition, but the lack of communication and poor customer service made the overall experience very disappointing.

I’ve purchased quite a bit of vinyl from Imusic. Always the most competitive prices and always deliver on time if not early. Very well packaged. Great company to deal with. Will carry on using well into the future.

Never knew of iMusic before. Seems to have more of the music I'm looking for. Purchased Metz..Atlas Vending. Turned out to be the more rare vinyl version to that of others. Great find..price with music was decent. Quick delivery and packed well.. good condition. just purchased another find from music today, which was not available on other record provider companies. will continue to use them

The LP arrived warped. I'm trying to flatten it now. I like Musiconvinyl! I guess it traveled too far and the simple packaging could not protect it.

I thankful that I was able to find the coloring books by the artist original country of origin, it is important I get good quality books and I can not get the books I am looking for on Amazon. Also, the shipping price was very reasonable. I will use iMusic again!
