Excellent customer service

As a solo traveller, in the past, this company has been good for last minute bargains, hence 2 stars.
However, having loyally spent many thousands over the years, when things go wrong … Iglu disappears!
Having independently resolved a very poor holiday experience with ABTA Iglu contacted me four months later confused as to why compensation hadn’t gone through them. Will use their competitors next time I plan a trip. You’re alone the moment you’ve paid in full with a Iglu.

Had to ring twice for a response to my enquiry otherwise mostly good experience

Started to book a cruise online but had additional questions regarding coach transfers and parking etc.
Spoke to Natasha(apologies if wrong spelling) who was absolutely brilliant and could not have been more helpful. A credit to your company.
Following the assistance I managed to get parking sorted and booked the cruise. Can’t wait, and the service provided by you is the reason that I always book through yourselves.

What a lovely experience I had this morning the lady I spoke to called Gill was just so lovely, kind helpful and certainly knew her stuff. She told me everything I needed to know and more and because of this I felt no hesitation at booking a holiday through this agent.
I would certainly deal with this company more.. this wasn’t the first Cruise company. I had phoned this morning about this very similar holiday and it wasn’t straightforward. Kept me on hold and then even couldn’t give me the information I was asking so first class igloo Cruising for having such a wonderful staff member, she is a credit to you

Book experience good. After care shocking. Three calls x2 hours in total, got through explained the problem, staff member ask in he could consult the team with our query then terminated our call. Still havent had our problem solved so it will be another hour on the phone getting through.

When booking our next cruise I dealt with Anthony at Iglu. Yet again Iglu gave me the perfect booking experience. All their staff are very knowledgeable, talk you through the process and get the deal that you are happy with. We have booked at least 10 cruises with Iglu and it has always been very easy, there have been issues during the actual holiday (not Iglu’s fault) a couple of times, but Iglu always try to put things right, they are still our go-to cruise booking agent. The latest experience dealing with Anthony cements our trust in Iglu to deliver every time, thanks 5 big stars!
