Easy booking system, good prices

Helpful when I made a mistake and rectified it for me very quickly and was very understanding

Great holiday highly recommend

Peaceful location. Spotlessly clean and fully equipped kitchen. Not many walks on the doorstep but that was fine for us as we travelled out every day. Everything is just a short drive away in Launceston.

Had such a laugh here for different reasons than you may think. A lot of years since I've done the holiday park but with grandkids and some spare time we headed off to a caravan. Everyone works hard to make your time here fun. It's been good and the kids have had a ball. I'll be glad to get home but it's been fun

Location is beautiful but accommodation was not good, specially I would say about mattress was expired but still they are doing business, no toilet roll, no towel. If they improve it. They it will be a great place to stay.

Great for the children. Plenty for them to do some free some not,but a variety of activities. Accommodation plenty of room ,problem with stairs as handrail was difficult to grip. Especially when toilet was downstairs when you have problem with stairs.

Everything was done over the phone for the booking and was done well by the advisor, but the booking payment system on the Hoseseasons website did not work, hence the reason for call to book. This needs to be rectified asap to improve the customer experience and relieve pressure on their customer services through increased calls to book.

The location is convenient to explore the local area and there’s enough to do onsite to keep you occupied for a rainy afternoon. The restaurant food is excellent we ate there 3 times during our 4 day stay. The staff are brilliant and couldn’t be any more friendly/helpful.

However, the lodge cleanliness is much to be desired and we were eaten alive by mosquitoes every night. The Hoseasons website is also misleading as to which lodge you would receive - so double check the booking information.
Husband and I said we would be looking to stay elsewhere first, before choosing to book here again.

Easy to navigate website, choose cottage and pay

Very helpful in arranging site as close as possible to parking and main facilities when I phoned and explained that my husband has limited mobility.

Our only criticism was that Hoeseasons represented Gold type caravans as having outside decking. This was both through their pictures at the booking stage and the picture used in "Property Details" when confirming the booking. Some Gold caravans do and some don't have decking but this was never stated. In the event our caravan did not have decking. We had to pay an extra £260 and go to a different site to get a caravan with decking.

Really enjoyed our stay. The only issue was checking in as it was a Park Resorts site and we only had a Hoseasons booking reference. It was sorted eventually but did cause a bit of worry and embarrassment. Having said that the check in team were really lovely. We were on a very quiet part of the site which was appreciated. Caravan was spacious and immaculate. If you are booking this as a beach holiday just be aware that the tide is in a lot of the time so if you want sand you have to time it right and walk to find it!!!

Booked this places as a last minute weekend away and it was great! The caravan was clean and right on the beach front so had a stunning view! Had to bring all our own essentials but that was expected. Staff were lovely. Only thing is the wifi is quite expensive for such a short time
