Poor customer service
After placing the order (and payment), hoursepilot came back with; the product you have payed for is out of stock in the color your have ordered. Okay, I said, please send one of these colors instead. The answer I got then was, of course we can do that but then you have to pay another 300 EUR. My assessment is that this company is not taking responsibility for their own stock management but is trying to deceive its customers.

Stains on pants
I bought a pair of pants, when it was delivered there were stains on it. I contacted horse pilot and got new pants sent. Now I open the new pants and there are also stains on them. Even more than on the first pair of pants
But the customer service is excellent

Good photos and quick checkout was great. Was very difficult to determine the "grip" on any of the riding breeches, though. Looked as if many of them had no grip whatsoever, which is odd. So maybe update descriptions with those details.

Expensive delivery, size changed
I cant understand why delivery inside the US is so expensive! (usps cost between 7 and 20 usd but you are sending TNT for 50) It is delivery of 2 pieces of cloth, not a bookshelf. Even when sale it's better to find retailer and wait for their sale than to buy directly from the HP because delivery eats all the profit. so pity because I am real fan of HP since 2018
The second point - the size have changed. I bought a t-shirt in XS size in 2019 and in 2023. The difference in measure around the chest is 9 cm! New XS is much-much smaller - why you didn't announce this?
