I have been having issues with the…
I have been having issues with the Twist Air Air Vests I bought from Horse Pilot. They are a good product, however I have received multiple messages from Horse Pilot saying they need to be serviced either every 2 years or after 5 inflations. However I can find no way of getting such a service done in the UK. This is despite the fact they still happily sell these to the UK. I have contacted customer service but not received a satisfactory response. They just sent a link which doesn’t work for a UK address.
Update - i got a response with details on how to arrange the service

Nice boots but don’t last.
I first purchased my teknit boots via a tack shop and in less than 2 years it experienced wear and tear. Through the tack shop I was able to get a replacement which was shipped to me. Now, after a little over two years the boots are damaged again and cannot be repaired and they will not replace. I loved the feel and convenience of these boots but they are not durable.
