Easy to find deals and the vehicle I wanted. The main competition was beaten by £106. This was mainly due to the inflated insurance policy who wanted £7.50 a day whereas Holiday Autos premium was £0.60 a day. Almost identical cover.

I had a really excellent experience today thanks to Farah, who provided outstanding customer service. I was trying to book a hire car through the TUI website for my upcoming holiday to Crete. After entering my bank details and receiving a booking confirmation email, I then received another email saying that my booking had not been completed and that I needed to finish it. Naturally, I became worried because the payment had already been authorised by my bank.

I was very fortunate to speak with Farah. She remained calm, listened carefully to my concerns, and reassured me throughout the call. She took the time to check everything thoroughly, explained what had happened, and successfully completed my car hire booking. Her patience, professionalism, and friendly approach turned what had been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. What TUI does particularly well is having knowledgeable and caring staff who take ownership of customer issues and see them through to a successful resolution. Farah's excellent support gave me confidence in the service and ensured I could look forward to my holiday without any further worries.

The pick up location was in Hamina , but after purchase the pick up location changed to another community 59 km beyond Hamina. We didn’t have a way to get there and tried to cancel but it was past the 24 hours so had to pay the booking in full.

I am using holidayautos since 2017 and i am always satisfied. Especially during cancellations i have a fair treatment .
Also during the offers i can see the company name ,
which is also fair .

I wanted to change my pickup time but their system has a flaw and it also changed the pickup location to match the drop-off location. That's not what I asked for so had to cancel the entire booking but was charged twice a no refundable corporate card fee. Their system is clearly flawed and live chat was completely useless. The other flaw is that they charged the entire amount on my CC despite the booking clearly detailing what had to be paid upfront and later at the branch. Totally useless, am now £15 out of pocket and with no booking.

Easy and quick confirmation

Would never use again. I got ripped off on the childrens car seats that I reserved. The website gives you the price of the seats (and any other extras you may need) but you pay the car supplier (in this case Drivalia) direct. Then at the desk they can charge you what they like and say the Holiday Autos website has the wrong price. You have no option really when you are at the airport and already paid for the car hire. What a rip off. No point in using Holiday Autos to compare prices if they can change it later when you pick the car up. Rip off.

Always used holiday autos for our car hire aboard. Very easy to book and competitively priced. Never had any issues would recommend this company.

You let me pay first incl.premium insurance and only after that you told me that your partner does not accept debit card. Well, OK. When trying to resolve this issue via your chat the chatbot said that cannot recognize YOUR booking reference and does not know how to continue. When I considered cancellation the whole booking I found a "little" note that you will charge me 227 EUR because it was less than 48 hours. Do you expect positive rating for such approach?

Quick and easy use of the site. great choices of suppliers and cars. The prices are very competitive.

You continue to advertise and profit from car rental companies that have pages of reviews describing them as "scammers", with the same complaints repeated over and over again. It is impossible to believe you are unaware of the volume and consistency of these reviews.

People book through a broker because they trust you to work with reputable companies. Instead, you are directing customers to businesses with long histories of complaints about aggressive upselling, hidden conditions and customers being refused their vehicles.

At some point, continuing to promote companies with such consistently poor reputations makes you part of the problem. If you're willing to take customers' money, you should also take responsibility for who you choose to partner with.

I will never book through this platform again and would strongly encourage others to research the rental company itself before booking, rather than assuming a broker has done that due diligence for you.
