I did not bring the type of ID and proof that were required, when I went to the store to collect my Olivia Rodrigo discs, but the staff were kind and sympathetic and allowed me have the discs after trying out a couple of alternative methods. They saved me from an embarrassing time.

Still have not received the Olivia…
Still have not received the Olivia Rodrigo vinyl I bought for my daughter. I am very disappointed, but not nearly as much as she is. No communication from store or Royal Mail. When complained was told to wait 14 DAYS! Would not recommend.

Overall the experience was a good one
Overall the experience with HMV was a positive one. Ordering, emails when it was available and delivery were great. My only gripe was between ordering and it being available there was no information on delivery schedule. Would order again from HMV

In store order
I went in store in High Wycombe and ordered the cd for my partner and HMV sent me emails to keep me informed with the progress of my order and to let me know it was in store to pick up ,all the staff members are helpful and friendly and the main reason for the stores to remain open
