Damaged items cost customers double
Order had an item which was damaged - they dont offer exchange! options provided where to return to a store (pay for tube) or return to them (their return portal charges you postage) then to replace the broken item
I would need to pay order postage as its under the threshold where my original
Order was over. So basically for a broken product its goin to cost me more to replace than the original thing was worth!!! Wont bother again with them

Great service at HMV Reading
The salesperson at HMV Reading, Phil K, was very helpful. He ordered the CD album for me, and the whole process was smooth and easy. I was pleasantly surprised that it was dispatched in just three days—it was much faster than I expected. Great service, and I’m very happy with my experience!

I bought the live Saxon Hellfest set on vinyl. HMV are great for vinyl!
They always seem to have the titles in and delivery is great too.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely great experience
Absolutely great experience. I ordered a copy of a tv series I have been watching on sky Atlantic. I enjoyed it so much I brought both seasons on dvd. And I got money of both of them. Great condition when arrived and fast delivery. Would highly recommend. Thank you HMV will definitely be using you again.
