A great course, presented very well by Tom. The whole day was informative with plenty of great discussions and knowledge sharing across different sectors.

Superb training package, easy to use, well thought out and enjoyable.

We had a great time completing our VLOS course with Bradley and Odysseus, despite the unpredictable and miserable weather. Our instructors were very helpful and made the time very enjoyable.

I had three days with Brad and Ode, they were both very professional, helpful and made the training stress free. They are both very knowledgeable about drones and legislations. From day 1 - 3, they were ready to go for the day at 9am.

I was a little nervous because this is something I've not done before but throughout the whole time, brad took the time to explain all the exercises on flying the drone and made it stress free for myself. This really helped my confidence and for my assessment.

Had an excellent 3 day course with Odysseus and Brad, Ody went above and beyond to make my experience less stressful. Always on hand for all questions with great knowledge and answers.

GVC Certificate

I worked with Jack Sharp for 3 days between the 12th - 14th May 2025. Prior to this, Jack kept in regular contact as I completed the theoretical learning. He was an excellent trainer and got me through the GVC assessment. Jack was patient and informative as we explored and targeted the weak spots - nothing was too much trouble to re-visit until I'd grasped it. I believe I have made huge strides as a direct result of Jack's input. Thank you and highly recommended.

I had a fantastic exeprience with Kieran from a sales team who went extra miles for sorting out a great deal for my company. His service is a great example of how the business should be done. I regret that I can't give more than 5 stars as his service deserves unlimited amount of stars.

Just completed a 3 day course with Heliguy and Brad as my instructor. Coming into this as a brand new novice to the drone world and being a man of a certain age, I had my insecurities.

Great GVC course provided by Heliguys' Andrew, facilitate by Lois. Online training was well set out and could be completed at your own pace. Ample time with an instructor was provided for theory based questions and review.
The practical training was excellent. Good amounts of flying time but without any pressure. Thorough explanation was provide for all drills and exercises.
A really useful few days providing essential training for all drone pilots.

I ordered an update of my operations manual. Something I've done before at various other companies. Thought I'd try Heliguy this time around but it was not a quick or straightforward service.
It felt like I was re-writing my ops manual when all I wanted was a quick update.

Recently successfully completed my drone training with Heliguy. The theory aspect of the training is challenging at times, however with a polished online modular structure, dedicated support team of experts on hand, this assures clear delivery of course whenever called upon. This is both invaluable and reassuring credit to the training provided
The practical assessment is delivered again in a professional and supportive way. Thanks to Jack for making what is inherently a stressful test situation less so. With positive and fair assessment of any areas that can be worked on upon completion of the flight.

I was given the exact drone training relevant for my work by Brad, who is credit to Heliguy brand. The environment where the training was carried out was perfect. I will be recommending to colleagues.

Heliguy were absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

I ordered the A2cofc and GVC combined course and every step of the way they were incredibly supportive. The online service allowed me to learn in my own time instead of taking time off work and the free resits made my exams as well as my learning comfortable and stress free. Luckily I passed both first time but that safety net was great.

The online videos are clear and concise and if there was anything I didn't understand, they were fast to respond and informative on the live chat or just a phone call away. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever you needed them. I often thought I was bothering them too much but they always reassured me that they were more than happy to help.

I was nervous ahead of my practical GVC exam, but Lois was brilliant. She reassured me and made the experience enjoyable and a lot less stressful that I expected while maintaining the standards of the exam.

The only small negative of the course was that I had to complete 2 hours of flying before my exam, and while it was very helpful for me to practice manoeuvres and emergency procedures, it was a bit of a pain finding places to legally fly away from the general public during dry days. This is something I knew going in so I can't really complain about it and it's certainly not a reason to not take this course.

All in all, I can't thank the team at Heliguy enough and when you factor it the cost of the course compared to it's competitors, it's a no brainer.
