Hays Travel - Poole Reviews 

I was most impressed with Lydia who handled the booking on my behalf. She was very polite and efficient and l thought had an excellent phone manner when speaking to the Inghams representative during our discussions. All in all she did an excellent job.

Although I live miles from this branch it was recommended by family and I've used them twice now - friendly and helpful. Had one very successful trip last year and just booked my next and hoping for similar. I have rarely used a travel agent in the past preferring to do my own thing but for long haul with a complex itinerary it seems wise.

The rep Tom whome booked our holiday was brilliant .He helped us to understand everything we asked which made everything very easy and us very happy thank you .

We went in on Saturday afternoon and were helped by Steve who took the time to listen to what we were looking for , gave us different options and we came away with our holiday booked ! Thank you Steve.

Working with Tom in Poole on our dream holiday to celebrate my wife’s 60th birthday next year has been brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many tweaks to the quote, email exchanges or phone calls we made, Tom was on the case and prompt with the replies. To me having the ability to walk in and speak to a human is what ultimately clinched the deal and the booking made. Thanks Tom.

I didnt have to do a thing. My sister went intol Hays, picked a cruise phoned me to say I could have cabin opposite hers and she paid the deposit. I received an email shortly afterwards to confirm booking and advising me of balance. What more could I ask for?

I went to hays travel Poole to book my holiday on 6th January
Saw a young lady called Jodie. She explained everything to me and did her best to book what I wanted. Have used Hays before and would recommend them to others
