Hays Travel - Poole Reviews 

Myself and two friends decided we wanted to have a short break away in Krakow next year. We spoke with our go to friend Julie in Hays Poole and as usual she went above and beyond for us and we now have a fully booked 4 night holiday in March next year

Found a Holiday online,I called Hays in Poole and spoke to Tom who sorted it all out for us, all booked, and deposit taken over the phone,

Steve sorted out my holiday for October and my travel insurance, he was very good friendly person thank you so much

We dealt with George who was very professional and friendly and got us the holiday we wanted at the price we wanted to pay, this is the 2nd time we have been helped by George.

Full knowledge of the holiday destination we chose and a complete understanding of our requirements. That's a recipe for a good service!

We intended to discuss ideas and throw around suggestions for a holiday departing from Bournemouth. One thing led to another and the lovely lady Skye booked us exactly the holiday we were after, including extras we asked for. She was helpful and had lots of advice. Crete here we come!

We have been going to Hayes travel for years , we have always found the staff friendly and efficient, this booking was no exception, Julie is extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble in finding you the perfect holiday, in this instance it was a cruise.

Steve was very patient and helpful. Managed to find a a great deal on a short cruise. Normally I’m a Cunard only cruiser but I was tempted to try FredOlsen after Steve’s hard work. 🤞it will be as good as I hope. Watch this space. Helen Hibbert.
