Great service as usual would never go anywhere else, staff are excellent

My requirements were listened to and subsequently we booked by both Skye and Stephen

We intended to discuss ideas and throw around suggestions for a holiday departing from Bournemouth. One thing led to another and the lovely lady Skye booked us exactly the holiday we were after, including extras we asked for. She was helpful and had lots of advice. Crete here we come!

Always book through Hays Poole - exceptional service and there if needed

We have been going to Hayes travel for years , we have always found the staff friendly and efficient, this booking was no exception, Julie is extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble in finding you the perfect holiday, in this instance it was a cruise.

Always helpful and informative when needed

Steve was very patient and helpful. Managed to find a a great deal on a short cruise. Normally I’m a Cunard only cruiser but I was tempted to try FredOlsen after Steve’s hard work. 🤞it will be as good as I hope. Watch this space. Helen Hibbert.

Have booked a couple of trips overthe past year. Have found that the staff are very helpful with meeting the requirements wanted for the time away. George has been very accommodating with requests and helping get the most from the holidays and the other staff members in the branch are happy go help if he is busy with a different customer
