The place to book a holiday.
I booked a holiday with Laura yesterday l was impressed with the service l received, Laura was friendly and efficient. She also price matched a price l had found online.
Compared to High Street company’s ie TUI Hays give a far better service.

Great Service
My wife went into the Goring branch in the morning as I was out elsewhere. When I returned I phoned Vicky at the branch and after a few questions she phoned me back with all the answers. I paid a deposit and before she finished for the day she phoned me back and confirmed the booking. Great and friendly service.

The agent I saw listened to my ideas…
The agent I saw listened to my ideas and concerns. She spent time looking at options with me before continuing in my absence and emailing me the options. She followed up with a phone call but was not pushy.
We went back in to book and she was very clear about what was available and ensured we were happy with everything.
