Brilliant service and very good tool
Brilliant service and very good tool, I am doing gua sha ritual religiously at least once a day and noticed visible improvement on my 55 years old face each time I am doing it , for long term results, I guess , I have to wait Just be careful with the tool , I dropped it on the bathroom floor and it broke 😢. Second time round service was equally fantastic.

This is my first purchase and certainly won’t be the last. I ordered the starter kit which included the book! The book is so simple to understand and summarises each method perfectly. I haven’t felt overwhelmed and it includes some small key changes we can all make to our day to day life.

The delivery to Germany works just fine
The delivery to Germany was fast and without problems.
The product arrived safely within a week.
The jade crystal and the oil are just as I expected it to be and I’m curious about the effects of longer usage.

Love these products!
I first discovered the gorgeous jade beauty restorer a couple of years ago and using it became an addiction! It's so comforting and makes such a difference to the plumpness of my skin. Then I bought the rose quartz and wow... it is just beautiful - a total pleasure to use and totally rejuvenating for my skin....I truly look so much younger since I've incorporated these products into my skincare regime - thank you Hayo'u!

Disappointed with candle
Love all your products, have most of them now but have to say I’m so disappointed with your candle. At this price point I expected it to be special, the scent is really faint and you have to be standing beside it to smell anything, I expected my whole room to be filled with a beautiful aroma but absolutely nothing.

Great to hear you love our products - but we too are concerned you are disappointed with our gorgeous candle. We guide that a new candle needs a least three hours of burn time to bring out the full intensity of the fragrance. After the first burn, 2 hours will be sufficient. As the candle is burns down, the scent will become more intense. It is also suggested, that the wicks are trimmed after each use, to lengthen its life.
