Body Sculptor broke into pieces, no refund or credit offered
Some products are fine but others are plain silly. Avoid the bulky but fragile Body Sculptor - an expensive and poorly designed gadget. I used it only for 2 weeks before it broke into pieces after falling on a soft (!) floor surface (not tile or wood!!). Since it is supposed to be used with oil of course it gets very slippery and the design is not ergonomic. £80 wasted. Customer service unwilling to replace or give even partial refund.

Our Body Sculptor is hand-carved from 100% natural Bian stone, which has been used in traditional healing for centuries due to its unique properties. Because it is a natural material, it is delicate and must be handled with care. We do include guidance on our product page advising customers to use it carefully, as unfortunately, like any precious stone, it can break if dropped.
As a small business, we strive to provide the best possible service and support to our customers. While we aren’t able to offer refunds or replacements for accidental damage, we genuinely empathise with your situation and thank you for taking the time to leave a review.

Meh. Took weeks to arrive. The body oil is very small and badly designed (pretty glass bottle but with a squeeze cap — doesn’t work w glass, kind of absurd). I don’t like the smell. It’s too too, like a geisha squeaking without oxygen. As for the stone gizmo — nice, cool heavy stone thing to rake your body with but… and? My bad. I bought the advertising I guess.

Be very cautious if purchasing items to resolve a health issue.
I purchased an item sold to resolve an ailment, it caused a new health issue. I asked for advice, was given some but overall told it must be a 'me' problem, zero accountability. I now have two health issues and Hayo'u refuse to help further and refunded £11 for the product in question. The customer service rep was unkind, belittling, very argumentative and used classic gaslighting techniques to try and make me quiet. i was incredibly disappointed and upset by the whole experience and plan to seek external advice.

Useless Company
Ordered a specific brand colloidal gold as my partner had a bottle - the contents dark red distinctive taste. Hayo’u have this exact one on their website so I ordered it - I was sent another one liquid lighter in colour tastes nothing like other one - I emailed they ignored my email - so let’s just say they don’t send you what you order absolute JOKE!

The products truly are amazing, I’ve done lots of research and found the oils, foot lotion and body wash are exceptionally high grade pure ingredients. The face brush leaves skin so soft to apply foundation to. I really am blown away with their products.

As a sufferer of rosacea for many years, I have tried innumerable products but nothing, absolutely nothing, improved my skin until I started using the Hayo’u jade restorer. The practice is so calming, the oil doesn’t irritate (which I have to say I thought it would) and the quality of the products is first class. I am a complete convert. I like the products
I like the products - I’ve bought the jade facial gua aha, jade comb, facial oil and the body tapper.
The tools are good and it’s nice to get a bit of self-care time through the busy day (I keep them on my working from home desk and try to use it frequently). The body tapper is especially nice and really good at awakening the senses, I use it a lot around my shoulders to relieve tension from sitting at a desk too much.
The products are expensive but there is practically always a sale on.
One star removed because I have noticed that the quality of the tools over the years has definitely changed - I bought a jade gua sha about 5 or so years ago and bought another one recently so I could use one in each hand and the new one is considerably thinner, not as smooth and generally doesn’t have quite the same pleasurable feeling. Still nice to use and unless you had two that are different you’d never notice of course, but it’s a shame that it’s not the same standard (I ended up looking for a resell on eBay and got another one that must be years old and it’s thicker like my original one).

Amazing
I have been using the Rose Quartz Beauty Restorer for the last 3 months and I absolutely cannot explain how amazing my skin looks and feels. I have had so many compliments! I love the cooling sensation on my skin and I couldn’t go a day without it. I love that the Gua Sha Tools are 100% natural and each one looks different, makes them unique.

Quartz tool easily breaks
I received the tapper tool which is beautifully made and presented. I also received the gua sha rose quartz tool, all just a few weeks ago. However the gua sha fell on the bathroom floor and smashed to pieces, so I have not really been able to get the best use or benefit. This is an expensive tool but very fragile, easily broken if it falls on a hard surface.
