I bought the so-called bomber jacket and what came was a nightmare. This coat is nothing like the one advertised in the photo. When I attempted to return the cheaply made bogus product for a refund, all I got was a run around. They won't even give you a return address to send it back to. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered a sweater, extra large when I got it. It was more like medium. I contacted them and said I wanted to send it back and exchange it, but they said I would have to pay for the return shipping even though I paid for the return shipping insurance of $2.99 when I purchased it, we’ve been going back-and-forth and emails. They’re offering me a credit but it’s not worth it. My next step is just to dispute it on my card and never use them again and write a bad review. Have a nice day.

I recently placed an order with Hatmeo then decided to cancel my order. I contacted their customer service department and received a timely response. They were willing to give several incentives not to cancel my order. I wanted to continue with my decision to cancel the order and my money was refunded without any problem.

Trying to return 4 sweaters that are way too small, differently not true to size. Getting the run around about returning them. Every time I try and get a return label they send me too a different site. Poor customer service service

I am extremely pleased with my Posture Correcting Bra and shall be recommending it to friends. It is very comfortable and there is a choice of colours

Being a larger lady I have difficulty finding bras that actually fits but the bra I ordered fitted beautifully, the service they gave me was absolutely first class and I am about to order another two. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Item not as the product they are selling The size I ordered according to there Size chart does not fit.So rather than giving me a refund they are advising I just order another size ..with a 20$ discount! This way there will be “no hassle” (their words”or cost for shipping item back !!It is cheap with no support whatsoever

This bra was not for me. No support at all, the thin padding in the bra served no purpose. I ended up wasting my money and threw the bras out. There was no shipping receipt or place to request a review. Buyer beware

When I tried on the bra, it was waaay too small. So, I contacted the company and I found out that the sizes listed are Asian sizes, which tend to run smaller than Western sizes. They promised to replace the one I have with a different size. They're very good at responding quickly.

This CHINA COMPANY IS A RIP OFF! They sent the wrong size. I contacted them to return my order and asked them to send a corrected size. Was told I COULD NOT SEND MY ORDER BACK because shipping costs to send it back were too expensive. Then said if I’d send MORE MONEY for their shipping costs they’d send the corrected size. Then they said they could only give me a token refund- a few dollars after I’d spent $79.98. TERRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH SO DON’T! Linda Knox NC

This is a bait and switch company.
They advertise a product and then send you a completely different and much cheaper one. Returns are sent back to
China in order to get your money back
less shipping charges. They should not be allowed to sell in America.
Do not buy any of their products!

Great customer service! The bra I ordered was way too small but they were kind enough to look out for me and costs sending the item back so they came up with a suitable solution that I’m satisfied with

I love this bra. I have not worn them in years . It’s so comfortable I could sleep in it. I will order in other colors & this is the only bra I will ever use

The bras I received were very nice. However they were to small. Be sure to measure well before ordering. I would say go up 2 sizes. They are very pretty and soft.

I would like to leave a positive review of my experience with Hatmeo ! I order 2 items for my daughter for Christmas. I called to tell her about my purchase . Unfortunately she had just purchase the items elsewhere and would not need them.
I immediately contacted Hatmeo explaining what had transpired and the customer service I received was stellar. They immediately canceled my order and began the process to credit my PayPal for the items which has been done. I really appreciated how their agent treated me with curiosity and respect. I would recommend them highly. 5 stars goes to customer service.

The bra I ordered was very comfortable and held my sagging 84 year old breast the whole day! This is the best bra I have ever worn and I want to re order 1 black size XL !
I encourage older women to try this bra! You will be happily surprise like me!

I dealt with Customer Service as I wanted to cancel my order. They did respond to my email efficiently and organised to have my refund deposited back to my PayPal account. Everything was sorted out within a couple of days. Great Customer Service thank you
