This company is a total ripoff. The bra was sized wrong and they want money to send it back and not a full credit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Don't be fooled by the adds. They most lilley used small breasted women or women within implants.

I purchased two Hatmeo bras, and they had good reviews, when I tried them on there is no support whatsoever!! they are just awful. I even tried to give them away and two friends, they tried them on, and there breast just fell out and the bra slipped up to their necks. I tried to return the bras I spent $40 on them. and they would only give me $8 back they started at $4 then at $5 I argued with the company, they finally gave me back $8 and a credit but I have to spend $60 to use the credit.

I am guilty of not researching this company before I made my order. The orthopedic bras that I ordered were not sized correctly, had no way to adjust, and were poorly made. My attempts to contact customer service in order to return the items were met with either an offer to refund me $5.00 on a $60.00 purchase or I could select another item from their line and pay additional $20 shipping. Buyer beware of this Chinese company!

I’m very satisfied with the item I bought! Delivery was quick with no problems with packaging/boxing was great. The customer service was also amazing for me. They responded fast and worked out a solution for an exchange (size). I will buy from them again I’m sure!

This bra does not support me and is difficult to put on.
I cannot get a refund, they want me to send the bra back to China at my expense and when it is received in pristine condition they will charge me an addition $9.99 for the privilege. Beware!!!

The 2X warming bra is very comfortable and a welcome addition to my winter wardrobe.
I also bought the recommended 3X size, but was too big and loose. Hatmeo customer service was so accommodating concerning this issue and I was able to get a replacement for the item with only a small shipping charge. Thank you, Hatmeo.

Trying to Return 2 bras that sizing was falsely advertised.
Have requested return labels, but they do not provide.
Return postage to China costs as much as the items.

I am a returning customer having made 3 orders now . And that’s because these are the very best bras I have ever bought. They are sheer comfort just like a second skin to wear. There’s nothing to stick into you or squeeze and pinch you . The fabric is soft but provides a lovely body shape. I am so happy that I’ve recommended to my friends .

Bras fit well, easy to put on. I've had both shoulders replaced and it's not easy putting on a bra. Customer service is excellent...nice people to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I have not bought anything from Hotmeo but I've had my share of dishonest or SCAM companies and I won't fall for the cheating despicable cons again if I can help it. I check everything I can before I enter any of my information. I get a feeling so I go to a site that has bad reviews. And 1 thing to notice is they don't give a phone number or an address. Then here's 1 I've never heard, they charge you $2,99 to get a refund you won't get. Read all negative reviews. You'll find all you need there. DON'T GIVE YOUR INFO. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

The product is beautiful. I found that the product runs small so order a size or two bigger

When I ordered the wrong sized bras by mistake the company was very helpful. They were polite, extremely helpful and though I offered to pay for returning the unused bras and resending the correct sixed ones they pointed out to me that this would not be cost effective for me to do this. They, in fact gave me a large discount on my order. I felt this was above and beyond what I felt was fair. What more can one ask? We will definitely be using this company again.

I loved my bra. It fit perfectly. It even covered the bulges under my arms. After wearing my bra for a week, I saw the add again online and bought a second bra. It came almost immediately. That is the nice this about Hatmeo. They deliver their good quickly. I will recommend this bra to all my friends.

The fabric in the bras is lovely and soft, with minimal seams. The colours are great too. Customer service easy to work with. I ordered the wrong size, but the company responded quickly, and gave me an alternate choice. Speedy delivery.

I recently purchased the 'posture bra' and needed to change the size I ordered. I was pleased with the customer service, and very happy with the bra. I will be buying more, the most comfortable bra I know of!

I bought the so-called bomber jacket and what came was a nightmare. This coat is nothing like the one advertised in the photo. When I attempted to return the cheaply made bogus product for a refund, all I got was a run around. They won't even give you a return address to send it back to. DO NOT PURCHASE!

I ordered a sweater, extra large when I got it. It was more like medium. I contacted them and said I wanted to send it back and exchange it, but they said I would have to pay for the return shipping even though I paid for the return shipping insurance of $2.99 when I purchased it, we’ve been going back-and-forth and emails. They’re offering me a credit but it’s not worth it. My next step is just to dispute it on my card and never use them again and write a bad review. Have a nice day.

I recently placed an order with Hatmeo then decided to cancel my order. I contacted their customer service department and received a timely response. They were willing to give several incentives not to cancel my order. I wanted to continue with my decision to cancel the order and my money was refunded without any problem.
