The claim handler, Sean, who dealt with my claim was fantastic. He was very helpful, communicated clearly, and kept me aware of timelines and expectations. This was particularly appreciated given the communication issues I had with my insurance company.

I would give 10 stars if i could, cant recommend specifically Elizabeth and Tsara enough. Ive been working with Elizabeth for a few years now and have had the chance to work with Tsara through my partners visa journey. It seemed like mission impossible to get this specific visa for him to move from one country to the uk and Elizabeth has made every single step so clear and seamless, we have had 3 applications now processed with elizabeth. Any hurdle that we faced she found a way round it and laid everything out for me in black and white it was perfect. Tsara has processed our most recent application and again if we had to do this ourselves, we would have been lost but she has made the process so stress free and i couldnt recommend them enough. Cant thank you guys enough, you know what you have done for us so thank you !!

I would recommend Harper and macleod to any one as they are quick at settling claims and guide you through the process discussing everything in detail and telling you what the outcome will be.
