When I contact Guinness, I always get a professional experience. The lady I spoke to this time, the same as every time, was calm, collected, informative and the ability to just listen. Do not go down the AI route. Guinness needs these awesome people.

We haven't had the people out yet so this could be subject to change, but the lady on the phone (Zoha) was absolutely superb. Very attentive and considerate, really helpful too. Exactly the type of person you want to be speaking with when there's a home emergency.
