It was initially difficult to get my issue sorted out, but Sophia was excellent in calling me back and staying on the call until the problem was sorted.
Four stars because of initial issue, and problems logging on, but five stars for Sophia.

Cole was very professional and advised me accordingly and will reach out to the relevant teams to address the problem. I contacted jeetu part of the Guinness customer service team today very distressed regarding a situation in our communal garden, not only was jeetu calm, empathetic to my situation! He also acted on events whilst I was on the phone, he also guided me to everything else I needed to do. I cannot express my gratitude for your assistance and for calming me down.
