I Just Phoned Customer Services To Report Some Communal Area Breakages, Damages and Faults / Issues and Spoke To - SOPHIA - I Think ? - DOH and LOL.

Compared to the old systems speaking to Guinness now is fantastic I spoke to two lovely ladies this morning that listed to everything I had to say and help me find the ways to request some things and booked in repairs in an effective time frame for me. Absolutely brilliant I can’t wait for my house to start feeling like a home again!

Sharon listened and dealt with my issue quickly. She was very friendly on the phone also. She was just brilliant!!

It was initially difficult to get my issue sorted out, but Sophia was excellent in calling me back and staying on the call until the problem was sorted.
Four stars because of initial issue, and problems logging on, but five stars for Sophia.

I have just spoken to cole Harper regarding a complaint I had in terms of cleaning in our communal area. Cole was very professional and advised me accordingly and will reach out to the relevant teams to address the problem.
