An employee of theirs hit my vehicle with a golf cart while going the wrong way on a one-way street. They showed up at the scene and claimed that since we were on private property, they could do whate... See more

Is there something like below one star?
Is there something like below one star? This lease management company even don’t worth a zero star, I met last year most of them they’re rode unprofessional, definitely you can read their faces that they don’t like their jobs or their paying is not good Lmao, the bad thing they don’t like customers lmao again.
Gray star!
A cheap advice
Place a charity box next to your management office when a customer like me passing by definitely drop a dime in.
Thanks
Shoddy business
Shoddy business. They have 0 loyalty or respect for their customers. Wouldn’t go anywhere near this real estate business in the future. All they care about is taking your $$

4 months no signs of giving back my security deposit. Nobody in the management cares or responds back / call the customer service line, it does not even connect . Don’t they know that it is easier to give back the money than fight lawsuits?! What would it take for someone to actually help in this company?
If there is a choice of 0 , they worth 0
If there is a choice of 0 star, I will rate them zero.
I have lived in Well house for over a year. At the very beginning, we were happy about the living condition, convenient location, pet-friendly. Staffs are nice and friendly.
HOWEVER, I discovered that landslide dropping of management standard even though front staffs are still nice friendly.
But senior management presented impolite , unprofessional and irresponsive attitude towards neighbour.
Some incidents can be quoted as example:
Repeatedly letting unregistered cars going into private parking and ignored the security of residents property. Whenever receiving complaint, the answer is “This is just a single case, I don’t see any complaint from other residents”
And this management ignorance led to fire incident on 16 June, 2022, a unregistered Mini Cooper into our private parking were on fire and at least 3 three cars were damaged and no clear report was issued till now nearly half month.
Seems that even paying higher rent than the market, residents seems not deserve what we have safety and security and not even mention about to be treat fairly.
This is my last and final review, beware
They block real reviews on GOOGLE
This is my last and final review , no I will not take it off and no I will not change it, my first amendment gives me the right to freedom of speech and these are observable facts you can’t change nor deny them.
I find this “community” to be lacking in the care of others, profit drives every motive in this place from the lack of follow through on the things promised on initial move in , to the lack of friendliness. Look around the “community” people are miserable.
PEOPLE!! Do your due diligence before moving in here, I made the mistake of not reading reviews. However I have come to be made aware that certain residents have been sued and or asked to change their review. Without truthful , honest reviews how do you Parkridge expect things to change? You obviously are happy with treating people like they don’t matter, it’s evident in every interaction I have with team members as well as people living in the community. (Everyone is rude and unfriendly)
My washer broke, I put in a work order the same day, it took a second phone call a week later from me to finally have them regretfully call to schedule a time to fix it, i couldn’t answers and they left a message, I had a friend help me that same day they called who was knowledgeable and boy was that not a big issue when I told them someone else fixed it, I had to explain it wasn’t a company but just a friend.
I will never rent from any Greystar property after this lease is up and I will never recommend any Greystar property to anyone including Parkridge.
There is constantly trash around the place, lease policies are not enforced by Jasmine or anyone else working for her , nor Greystar. Rules for me but not for thee.
Friday nights my neighbor constantly smoke copious amounts of weed, drunk drivers speed through over 30+ miles an hour, a month ago I was almost hit by one, I saw him drinking a beer in his hand.
I signed a no drug policy April 7th when I moved in, has that changed ?
My neighbor lets her dogs pee all over the concrete side walk. I have made this aware to “management” who in retaliation against my complaints has done nothing to address the issue..
They choose to enforce certain policies but not others. Be careful
Additional complaints that are here because maintenance doesn’t ever reach out to me and this is the only place I can put my issues:
1) My bathroom drawer has been broken since before move in, I put in multiple requests for it to be fixed and I finally gave up three months later that they not would fix it 2) smoke alarms are malfunctioning, at my own expense and for my own safety I had to out of my own pocket replace them 3) the exterior lights are constantly burned out, for my own safety I worry, the one above my entrance was burned out for two months until I changed it with my own light bulb (probably violating the lease for that but my safety is my concern and it is not the concern or Parkridge or Greystar 4) the light bulb above my car port is burned out, I would change it but I don’t have a ladder to reach it 5) my neighbor lets her dog pee all over the concrete sidewalk to my apartment and car, flies and other bugs constantly live around this area where the urine builds up
Note: this is not defamation, everything stated is based in truth and observable fact, ALSO ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN REMOVED FOR THE SAFTEY OF ALL
Note 2: I fear retaliation from my management for bringing up these issues, they are concerning to me and I feel they should be concerning to Parkridge and Greystar but clearly they are not

When renting a Greystar apartment for the
first time we had the most wonderful
professional assist us during the entire
process. Her name was Mary Anne
Billota-Walsh. She was extremely kind,
considerate of the stress we were dealing
with in selling our home, as well as
moving into a new residence in a very
short time span.
She helped us every step of the way to
make the transition extremely smooth and
easy. Her kindness and vast experience
in real estate as well as getting all the
paperwork done quickly was incredible.
She was there to help with every detail
and made moving into a Greystar property
a pleasure. My husband and I appreciate
employees who go above and beyond
their jobs to make a company stand
above the competition. We would like
Grey Star to know that they have an
excellent employee in Mary Anne on their Team!!!!!
Worst Management Company
Any apartment building managed by them is falling apart. There is no customer orientation just profit making. You are not a human for them just a number. Most properties managed by them are totally outdated and broken down.
Poor management for Well house…
Poor management for Well house apartments at Sutton London (16 sutton court road, sutton SM14FX) in particular for car park
I have been the tenant since last June…
I have been the tenant of the well house since last June and all in all the overall service experiences and facilities maintenance has been satisfactory.
However, since this Jan, the well house had implemented an unreasonable and absurd parking regulation in which the hired parking management company will issue penalty to resident simply because they did not properly display the parking pendant right in front of the windscreen that always hinder the sight of the driver and cause extra workload and trouble to the resident. Despite numerous complaints from the resident on the usage of pendant which cause so much disturbance and inconvenience to the driver, the management company neglect all the feedbacks from the resident and make no improvement at all. Very disappointed management which shift the previous serious parking problem to the resident but not actually listen to views and comments and allow the parking company to issue PCN recklessly. I sincerely hope that the management could look into this matter seriously and make necessary improvements as far as practicable.
Holding fee not returned - 6 weeks later
Myself and my partner placed a holding deposit of £200 on an apartment in the new Oxbow apartments in Salford. Due to the company deciding to go against third party advice surrounding guarantors, we were then unable to go forward with the application. I submitted a refund request for the £200 holding deposit on 29/09/2021. We were told this would be returned to us within the 28 days processing time the company has. 4 weeks had passed and we were then told a staff member had made a fault in submitting our request and this would be returned within 1-2 weeks. We have still not yet received this refund nor have we received any correspondence or updates regarding when this will be returned to us. We have been treated appallingly and would hate for this to continue happening to others.
I rented an apartment from Greystar and…they cheated me.
I rented an apartment from Greystar and my experiences have been on my website Greystarcrooks.com. for over 2 years and they haven't sued me for libel. They can't now because the 2 year statute of limitations is over.
Don't rent form them.

Reserved an apartment in July after…
Reserved an apartment in July after viewing - amazing building, facilities, and finish to the apartments. The team were also very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had.
We were supposed to move in at the end of September, however there had been delays and were told it would be another 2-3 months. We were then told in November that the development had been delayed again and moving in dates would most likely be from Q1 of 2021. Obviously we were very disappointed, but understand that these delays were out of their hands. The team were extremely helpful with helping us make a choice on what to do.
We decided to cancel our reservation and Ten Degrees informed us that we would be refunded our £200 holding fee. This was requested on 13/11/2020 and we are yet to receive any money. I have chased a few times and have been told the accounts team is experiencing some "glitches"...I am quite disappointed that it's taking this long.
