Not a member at the time I was involved in an incident M4 Margam with steering damage to my car and impact damage to my caravan. My call was taken by an indian member of call staff who was impecable in the way he arranged onward flat bed to Weston-super-Mare. He stayed in contact through to the breakdown service arrived. Fantastic. I am now a member

Their service does what it says on the tin
Both people I spoke to very pleasant and knowledgeable.
Have needed a rescue and recovery by them last year (car and caravan) and everything went very smoothly.
It’s a good price for the service offered.

Easy to see what is on offer. Step by step instructions to purchase. Breakdown that came when I bought the car is ending and having had Green Flag cover before wanted to continue. Very good price compared to alternatives and having a good experience using the call out on a motorway previously it was a no brainer
