I had a good time , the guides were very good. Alen was a good driver and guide and told us a lot about Etna and Catania . The whole trip felt save and the whole time all the guides made sure everyone was accounted for and safe.
The only negative thing was that the food and the service at the restaurant was not really good but since I was there to see Etna I would still go again on this trip.

Our driver and tour guide were the best! Alex and (Russell Crow look alike😁) as our group said. We were picked up right on time and the road trip and stop overs were very educational. The cave and hiking experience were for the books!!! Highly recommended❤️

We had an amazing trip to Mount Etna! Everything was very well organized from start to finish. Our guides, David and Francesco, shared many interesting facts about Etna and clearly have extensive knowledge about the volcano and its history. The atmosphere throughout the tour was friendly, relaxed, and enjoyable. The comfortable vehicles made the journey even more pleasant. We also got a lovely surprise at the end of the trip, which was a great touch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sicily!

We had an excellent tour with Go-Etna. All of the tour guides are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This is an excellent company company to partner with to enjoy the region.

We participated on the Etna Emotion 3000 Tour with Go-Etna on April 8 and were extremely disappointed with the experience. We have sent two emails to Go Etna about this experience and have been completely ignored.

While some external circumstances were at play - the cable cars not running, which was beyond their control, we paid for a cable car ride and did not receive one. As well, despite having “skip-the-line-tickets”, as Go Etna advertises, we waited more than 2 hours, and actually had several other tour groups pass us in the line. All this despite the Go Etna guarantee that: “No, you don’t have to wait in line for the cable car. Due to the skip the line tickets you will have a relaxed start for your tour.”

While this alone warrants a full refund, there were a number of other factors that contributed to our poor experience.

We spent more than 3 hours waiting in lines (2 at the start of the day, 30 min for the snow cat up the hill, and another 45 minutes for the bus back down to the main restaurant). At no point did any of the guides:
- Tell us what was going on
- Give us a sense of wait times or what to expect
- Offer alternatives (the option to walk up instead, or to be driven back to town if we did not wish to wait the 2 hours to go up, or to explore the surrounding area while we waited)

In fact, we spent less than 30 minutes at the top of Etna. Despite the 40 minute hike Go Etna advertises, we did no exploring beyond a brief walk (less than 7 minutes) up to the small point near the drop off location, despite watching several other groups hike much higher to explore the peaks and craters. Our weather was perfect, and yet our entire experience was cut short and rushed. The opportunity to explore the peak is the primary reason we paid extra to book with Go Etna, and we feel extremely misled.

Our primary English speaking guide was repeatedly unable to answer questions, directed us multiple times to the wrong location to wait for vehicles, and vaped frequently indoors and around the group and children.

The “Sicilian style lunch” was cold and stale, obviously a few hours old. It was extremely disappointing to see the guides being fed sausages, steak, and large salads while we ate cold, cafeteria pasta.

Overall, this was not the experience we paid for. We would have seen more of the mountain had we just driven up ourselves. With this tour, we barely saw any of Etna, we were rushed away from the peak, we had no opportunities to explore at the main arrival area or the midway point, and we spent more than 75% of our visit waiting in lines.

It was an incredible excursion. Very well planned and executed. The guides checked our equipment prior and adapted the hike along the way, considering the motivation and dedication of the group, weather conditions and fun factor. It was a small group of 8 people and we had the most fun and could visit 3 different craters and had an amazing view!

I'll recommend this tour to everyone, I know 😍

Perfectly organized tour with very delicious dinner . We were picked up on time from our hotel and everything went very smoothly. This tour needs very complicated logistics and Go-Etna managed to exceed my expectations. Amazing day visiting the volcano.

The guide who explained the geology was outstanding too. They both have very pleasant demeanor,spoke great English.

Saw lava flow impact, went inside lava tube and hiked to several craters.
