Product (a long roll of coloured paper) arrived damaged. It was not packaged with protective bubble wrap and was bashed around a bit in transit. It arrived creased.
++Update++ Lauren from GLS called to explain that the roll of paper should not have left the warehouse without proper bubble wrap. I was offered a replacement or a refund to rectify the mistake. In fairness, excellent customer service 👏🏻

Too heavy
The parcels were FAR too heavy for the school premises to lift. One of the staff almost hurt himself trying to get one box on the trolley. Please package boxes with a reasonable number of products, allowing our team to accept and move the parcels comfortably.

Parcel was due for delivery on Thursday 12.03.26. It didn't arrive. Rescheduled for delivery on Sat 14th (we are a school!) When they realised we were closed, they rescheduled it for delivery on Sunday 15th!!
Now Monday and still no parcel...
