Please avoid using this company for any domestic or international courier packages, especially if you are sending valuable, fragile, or personal items. Based on our experience, this company has shown complete carelessness, and unprofessional conduct throughout the process.
Our shipment arrived in tampered boxes, with broken crockery, damaged wooden items, and missing personal items such as clothes & shoes. This clearly indicates mishandling and possible theft during transit. Despite raising complaints, there has been no satisfactory response or compensation from their customer service team, which reflects how irresponsibly they treat their customers after collecting full payment.
Such behavior is unacceptable for especially one that handles international consignments. They have failed to maintain transparency, integrity, and basic professionalism, leading to significant financial loss and emotional distress for our family.
I strongly recommend that others stay away from this company and Global India Express Pvt. Ltd. cannot be relied upon for safe delivery or honest service — their actions demonstrate negligence, dishonesty, and lack of ethics in handling customer shipments.

Sonica at Global India Expresss did an excellent job coordinating the packaging and delivery to three international addresses (Canada, UK and UAE) all at the same time and offered highly competitive rates. Sonica’s mannerisms and attitude far exceeded my expectations and the goods were delivered well before time in an immaculate condition. Kudos to the field team as well (Mr Monu) for a great job with care and extremely polite natured service coupled with extraordinary care in packaging as if it were hi/their own goods. I tried many courier companies who said will deliver items to Iran but when it came to collection, they backed out. Mr. Roushan of Global India Express not only confirmed prompt delivery, directed me to contact Mr. Nagarajan at their Bengaluru office who will help me. I recently availed the services of Global India Express for the 2nd time to send a parcel from Bangalore to my daughter in Brisbane, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. All items except valuables are missing from the shipment of 28 boxes and now we don’t get any response at all ..

Fabulous service. But little bit expensive but overall good service. They promise me. They delivered their service

Very bad and pathetic services. Items stolen from the cation. They collect cartons from your residence promising that it won't be opened again and after taking it to their warehouse they open the cartons and remove expensive items from it. No response when you enquire with them as if they don't care. Very bad attitude. Never use their service. They don't answer calls or revert to your WhatsApp messages.

Though the parcel arrived very late to Germany but a girl named Priya helped me a lot . All the items were safe
