I can hear someone throwing up from upstairs while I am writing this review
Great if you want to save money on rent. Also if you move into the property with a couple of friends expenses are to the minimum. Flats interiors are what you would expect, not the greatest. I did not regret the choice I have made to move here but this is not a place to stay long into.

Professional and helpful.
I've been with Global Guardians for over 2 years, and whenever I have spoken to the team they have been helpful and professional. I am grateful to them for providing a low cost alternative to renting, and allowing me to work and save money in a city that is so expensive to live in.

I have try to call and know one response to my call concern a breakdown of my heater. All the four people they gave me their numbers to call when l am in need only one gentleman responding to my call but he said he have left the Company long time ago.

I am leaving in one of the properties
I am leaving in one of the properties for more than 1 year, I have had plenty of issues as I had spent a lot of money to change the carpet that was broken when I moved. I Also had to remove all the paper on the walls (full property) as it was coming out because there was a lot of mold between the paper and the walls. I reformed the floor in the kitchen cause it was full of dust under the tiles (also tiles coming out), etc. I reformed the whole apartament and now you can see it is all in great condition. We still need to change the carpet in the main room but I cannot afford it. I wish the company could help out with this basic reforms.

All our properties are required to meet a minimum standard before they are occupied by our potential Guardians. Should any property slip through this quality assurance net it is important that these issues are reported to us by our Guardians. As a licensee you are not permitted to make these kinds of changes to your property and we needed to be alerted to this issue so we could resolve it for you.

We have a great time at this place. The communication with Global Guardians is super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. The neighborhood is very conveniently located and the apartment neighbors are very nice! Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Guardianship living is a great adventure
Being a guardian with Global guardians for the past 3 years has been a great experience. I've lived in 2 amazing buildings and made really good friends. Myself and my partner have now bought a house (partially made possible by saving money through being guardians!) and are leaving guardianship life behind with heavy hearts. I previously wrote a really lovely 4 star review after someone from Global Guardians contacted me to check in and alder how I was doing. That was nice. Then at the end of the call a suggestion that I might like to leave some feedback. Ok, fair enough, but was the call genuine or just looking for feedback. I left my genuine 4 star review.
After a few weeks I get another call asking if I had been contacted, when I said yes there was then no lovely customer service call, just a request for feedback.
- Then I get an email asking for feedback
- Then another email reminding me I hadn’t given feedback.
- Then an email Please leave feedback,
- and today again. Please leave feedback.
Feedback that is given under pressure is not genuine feedback and I imagine all the feedback here was not given because people felt ‘I know, I will give feedback’ but more likely after being pressured by repeated calls and emails
