Helpful, friendly and really productive support
Emma Shale was really friendly, helpful, and productive throughout the session. She took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made sure I understood the best way to use the system for my workflow. I just had a great training session with Emma. She was very knowledgeable and was able to show me tips and tricks on things I knew a bit about. Then she went through in detail, elements I needed to understand better. She was also super patient when I had to take a call from a customer :)

Great Experience!
When starting in a new role, with a lot of new systems and processes to learn, it can be overwhelming.
However, Emma Shale, took the time out of her day to host a personal training session with myself over teams to run me through the system and show me how to get the best out of it for my specific role!
