Hasti was incredibly helpful and took the time to guide our group through getting the right information into the platform, rather than leaving us to sift through mountains of irrelevant data. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very clear in her explanations, making the whole experience much easier. Her support was a real asset to Glenegan, and we really appreciated the time and effort she put in. A fantastic experience!

Our account manager Dawn Mitchell always explains the new widgets and understands how we like to utilise Glenigan.

Hasti - Great Customer Service
I recently had the pleasure of meeting Hasti, via video call, and it was a great experience. She is extremely enthusiastic and personable. She took the time to understand our requirements as a construction consultancy and walked me through the different facets of the platform. This corrupt scamming company will promise you a great service but you will get anything but. They do not make anyone aware of the automatic renewal each year and you have to let them know 90 days before it’s due ????? Without a single reminder. The more people that stand up to this disgusting firm the better as this is not fair practice and if they believe in their product so much then wouldn’t have to use aggressive tactics to gain money and let people renew themselves if they want to. UK law is becoming more wise to this and will be stepping in next year but for now they continue to gain thousands by unfair business.
