Simple ordering process especially with the ability to try for size online.
The process of ordering glasses is very easy with lots of styles and prices to choose from and the process of entering or submitting the [rescription details works seamlessly.
I agreed to an upgrade of the lens type which obviously increased the price and when I tried to pay the extra it would not work for 24 hours (bit frustrating). Once paid the order was processed very quickly.

Upon checking, your order was placed on 27 July. As the order required a prescription, we received this on 30 July and then requested your PD measurement. All required information was completed on 1 August, which is when the additional payment request was sent.
The payment was successfully received on 2 August, and this is when the order was validated and moved into processing. We’re pleased to see that the glasses were delivered on 9 August, which was within our usual 7–10 day timeframe from validation.
Just to clarify, when you mentioned that the payment would not work for 24 hours, were you referring to an error on your end when trying to pay the additional cost? If so, we’d be happy to look into that further.

The cancellation request for the duplicate order was made the day after the order was placed. We did try to stop it; however, by that time, the order had already reached the dispatch stage and could no longer be cancelled. This is why the parcel was still delivered.
