Hugely underwhelming service from Gilson-Grey. 8½ months to complete a private, chain-free sale.
The same question kept being asked of the seller's solicitor without any explanation of why their response was unsatisfactory.
Never reachable by phone. Had to chase through every step of the process, and if I hadn't, I don't believe we would have completed by now.
Complaints not listened to.
Cashback from the mortgage company not forwarded on to us (still chasing).
I felt "stuck" with Gilson-Grey. Had it been any other service, I would have cancelled long before the job was complete.

Alana went above and beyond when dealing with our house sale. Despite a few issues out with her control she consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after and everything was resolved quickly. Lynsey & John.
