Alan Craig, has got to be hands down the best Solicitor I have ever came across. Moving home is stressful enough, without having to worry about what is going on and chasing people. But with Alan, he was already four steps ahead of my questions, or concerns. Alan was always reachable, and responded extremely promptly and with all of my questions addressed. If it was not for Alan going above and beyond I would not be sat in my new house just now. He was very good at keeping on at seller’s side to ensure everything was moving the way it should.

Turned out to be quite a lot more work involved with my case, and Alan stepped up picking up on things others had missed and making sure I was protected and in the long run everything worked out.

APPALLING! Terrible communicators, not thorough or responsive or helpful. I bought a flat EIGHTEEN months ago and they do not respond with queries I send them, and I am left not actually knowing IF i really own my own flat or where the deeds are, despite many, many emails. Atrocious company, PLEASE avoid at all costs. I will be contacting the legal ombudsman very soon.

After having an initially poor experience with Gilson Gray up until our house sale fell through, Alan Craig redeemed them with his fantastic service when we went back under offer.
