Steven Eckett was referred by one of his colleagues Ashley Baber, who I had previously dealt with on a failed house purchase.

We were very impressed with the quality of advice, communication and response times. Wendy, who was our conveyancer, was outstanding, always replied promptly, if I called and she didn’t answer she’d call back within 20 minutes. Wendy’s knowledge and experience guided us through and got the sale/purchase over the line despite the inevitable delays. Fast, professional, personal, excellent overall.
We used the Dundee office of Gilson Gray for selling our property. From the initial conversation and visit to discuss, to the photographs and drone footage, to then marketing, it was a very smooth process overall. Jodie listened to our input to the marketing material, and adjusted things quickly when they weren’t quite right. Then organisation of viewings was done to suit our timeline on different days, with pre and post comms being excellent. Jodie managed negotiations of offers received before we settled on a deal. Overall it was a very fast process for us, managed professionally with a personal touch. We would recommend Gilson Gray and Jodie in particular to anyone considering selling.

The team at Gilson Gray have been wonderful throughout what became a very arduous process. To say we ended up in a drawn out sale would be an understatement and the team worked incredibly hard to keep things on track for us. We had the added difficulty of my mother’s capacity decreasing through the process and they handled the situation with the upmost care and sensitivity.
