AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My order was extremely poor quality and even worse packaging. The hat came damaged as a result of the poor packaging. I requested a refund as detailed within the website but they would only offer me a 60% of the cost which I declined. They have continued to ignore all my communication since declining their offer

Bought wooden hats from Ghelter.
Sent from China and turned out to be 100% Acrylic.
Absolute con.
Have written for a full refund.
Trust they want ask me to pay for the postage back.

Hat looks nothing like what I ordered. Had no idea I was ordering from a Chinese company that would take over a month to receive. No way to return it. $50 down the drain.

I ordered three hats received one. It poorly packaged just in a plastic bag with an air pillow inside the hay so the hat was dented.

Quality not as advertised. Very thin.

Any wonder the official website does not have reviews on it.

Allegedly with courier on 15/2 but no update on 28/2 , wish I had read reviews before ordering. Looks like I’ll be unhappy with the quality when / if it does eventually arrive!

So far, two weeks after ordering I have no update on tracking.

The status is still saying "pending" and the supposed delivery time was 5 to 12 days. Well, that's already passed.

More fool me for ordering from an online company without checking reviews first.

Not worth any star ..absolutely terrible product..it's like a prop hat ..I ordered 2 cowboy hats ..such cheap quality..never again

I ordered a hat for my father for Christmas. I ordered it close to Christmas, but fully anticipating it coming a week after as he was going to be away from home for that whole week. 3 weeks later (Jan 11), looking at the tracking on their website, it said "order confirmed," but listed everything else (order prepared, order in transit, et al) as incomplete.

I contacted them through their website and ended up getting an email from Oliver. I had sent a second inquiry through their website, because I forgotten to include the order number. A second email came from him, complaining to me for emailing him with separate emails - which, I had not done (I had just used their website). He indicated it was lost in the mail, however it appeared based on their own page, it was never sent.

Either way, several emails later (a replacement hat which was selected because the original one was sold out, another one was sold out in the color I wanted), he said the words "... is available for your destination country."

That was Jan 18, it's now Feb 23 and no hat ever came. As far as I'm concerned, this shop is just a scam. I just wanted a Christmas present for my 80-yr old father. It wasn't very expensive, so that's fortunate. Lesson learned, won't be buying from them again... and probably not from Spain again.

Delivery wasn't too bad, 2 weeks. However, having read some of these reviews (after ordering sadly) I wasn't expecting much. In that respect I wasn't disappointed. The quality is poor. Cheap thin cotton, full of creases. In fact, you can get these on Amazon for less than £10. Don't use Ghelter, it's cheap Chinese tat.

Total rubbish

Bought from them because I needed a bowler hat for a themed party; I took the risk and it definitely could've been worse but it was by no means even close to good. The shipping timeframe was about the only good thing as it arrived in time, however, I never wore the hat as the adjustable string ripped through the inner liner which just disintegrated immediately. The bowler hat was slightly of shape considering it was dropshipped from China in a plastic parcel bag. The stitching was not symmetrical either. I tried contacting customer support but never heard back from them. I unsubscribed from their constant emails, just to find I've suddenly received a new "thanks for subscribing" email so they don't even respect account settings.

Sent out a poor quality hat ..then the fun started...cannot return for refund as ...every excuse under the sun)
Then they just ignore you!

They said hat was delivered at my front door shortly after midnight 12:34. No parcel found. I don’t expect any further contact from their “support” group. This is a scam.

You can buy stuff from them if you want but don't make the mistake of thinking you can return the product if it's defective. 1 of the worst customers service if seen so far. I really should have checked the reviews before making that purchase, now I'm paying for it...

If I had read those feedbacks before purchasing anything there, I would not have had such a bad experience. Their hats are very poorly made, I bought 2 of them for about $90NZD each and then I found those hats on chinese popular website for just $10 each. I was lucky to receive one of the hats damaged, so I was able to claim my money back, but not easy - only with the help of the payment system as the seller said they wouldn’t give me full refund - only 40%. The another hat was labelled with different material (paper) not a vegetable fibre as listed on their website, so I was also able to get my money back and again only through claims via the payment system.
Don’t buy there!!

These hats are terrible SHEIN rip offs. Do not be fooled by website. Quality of hats is shocking. I ordered 5 for a style event abroad and the first night the first hat FELL APART! It’s Amazon style felt not Fedora and the headbands are not attached so they fall off and it’s SO embarrassing. It took me half an hour to try to reassemble it to the hat as it totally fell apart and the hat was so hard and felt like. I own expensive fedora hats and I realize now why they are

Contrary to all the negative feedback, which I have not read it before, my experience with Ghelter has been very positive, honestly.

I have bought a hat from them recently, unfortunately didn't meet my expectation.

I have contacted customer service, and they sort the issue in a very professional way without delay.

I definitely try to buy again, I could be more pleased this time.

Took a calculated risk that did not pay off. Never buy from this store unless you can live with not getting anything in the end. Scam company? Yes!

DO NOT BUY! Scam company, just confirming what everyone else has said. Some junk hat worth £3 from China, wrapped in a thin plastic bag and they charged £65. Do not buy
