I was far too quick to judge this company!

I ordered a hat before checking the reviews (which obviously aren’t great). I then immediately tried to cancel the order but they had already dispatched the item. Even though they had dispatched it they still refunded me which was above and beyond. I also still received the item in the end which was fine and as described on their website.

Great customer service my end. It is clear that not everyone has shared my experience in this regard but perhaps don’t be so overwhelmed by the reviews as I was. Turns out they aren’t so bad after all.

Can’t speak highly enough about this company. I ordered the wrong size, and they immediately shipped me the correct one. Super responsive, and the cap is amazing quality. Will definitely be ordering more from these guys

I ordered 2 hats and have yet to receive them 14 days and still haven’t received them
Then I find out that the uk website makes you think that it will come from UK ,,,,no it’s coming from flipping china,,, so the quality is not going to be good, now I have read other reviews saying that they have been very disappointed with the quality and the lack of customer service

Well initially i wasnt impressed as i read the reviews and had an issue with replies.
However once initial contact was made i have to say they were fantastic at replying.
They assured me of how long the item would take to arrive and that if i wasnt happy with the quality that they would take the return and refund me without delay.
I also ordered a cheap hat to compare but i have to say i received my hat from Ghelter extremely well packaged
No issues with poor stitching infact i am very impressed with the quality of this cowboy hat and the service provided.
Even though i pointed out the reviews and my concerns
I received very polite and positive responses from an Oliver Taylor so credit where its due

The brands in question are of subpar quality, employing inexpensive materials in their replication processes. This has resulted in considerable disappointment. Proceed with purchases at your own discretion.

Poor quality and no free returns as advert

Bought a hat in February for £30 … came delivered in a cheap plastic bag from China, the quality of the hat was so poor , they are the same hats pictured on SHEIN for £1.12 , emailed customer services many times to try and resolve and send back, I sent pictures, he told me he would refund me 50% I was not happy with this and wanted to return the hat, he told me I would need to pay tracked postage to Spain and I would be charged tax, so seemed pointless sending it back and wouldn’t trust to get a refund either…. Do not buy from this company, you may as well order from SHEIN or Temu for a tenth of the price, please avoid this company.

They went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction. The quality of the products second to none. Very knowledgeable very courteous staff Mr Oliver is great

This company has several unusual/ difficult to find hat styles. I’m living overseas and had no problems getting my hats shipped here!

Hats are just what I wanted/ good quality as well!

Ordered over a week ago, no contact, no updates, no response to e-mails to support, what an awful company, avoid them for your own sake ...

This company plays as a Spanish company. I thought I was buying hats made in Spain, but they were made in China. One thing I don't buy that will be seated on my crown are hats made in China. The hats arrived one month later and were all unshaped brim and crown. If I knew I was getting hats from China, I would have ordered from Temu for a third of the price.

Ordered two hats and quality of one very poor and also it was wrong size ( too big ). Sent photos in accordance with their policy and subsequently nothing heard from them despite numerous emails. Poor quality and customer service so take great care if decide to purchase from them.

AVOID!!!
Ordered 18th of February, shipped only on 4th of March and not yet received, today 12th of March.
Also, seems the product is comming from China, so I don't expect anithing quality wise :((((
If the quality will be good I might change the review, if I receive the package at all

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My order was extremely poor quality and even worse packaging. The hat came damaged as a result of the poor packaging. I requested a refund as detailed within the website but they would only offer me a 60% of the cost which I declined. They have continued to ignore all my communication since declining their offer
