Love the GHD Duet!
I really struggle to blow-dry my hair straight with a brush and hairdryer and the GHD Duet makes that really easy. I wanted my hair to sit straighter at the ends and this has really helped with that.
I love it, but I do still straighten it after it’s dry. It’s actually a good straightener as well, if you put off the dryer function.
The main positive is that it stays much straighter on the days in between washes and it felt much cleaner on day 3 than it usually does. It’s also way less frizzy.

Using Evri courier company for delivery. They are substandard, and aware they cannot deliver to military camps outside routine business hours and "attempt" delivery after 2000 hrs.

Case takes up too much room
In the older travel hairdryer it came in a soft bag which made it easier to pack amongst my clothes for protection.The new case takes up a lot of room in a suitcase.

Customer service wasn’t helpful and…
Customer service wasn’t helpful and they didn’t give options to fixed my ghd straightener instead they pushed to buy a new one and only 30-% off. Disappointed that they didn’t take the old one back and could trade in.

I am very sorry your recent experience did not meet your expectations. I have reviewed your enquiry and would like to provide some context: our products have a manufacturing warranty of two or three years from the date of purchase and the styler in question is 7 years old. While we are unable to provide a replacement or repair service out of warranty, we try to be as helpful as possible by providing discounts towards purchasing a replacement product as we understand they can sometimes be an unexpected expense.
