Extremely Unprofessional – Refuses to Communicate or Cancel
My experience with DearDoc has been extremely disappointing. I signed up to work with them but quickly realized (within two hours) that it wasn’t the right fit. I immediately reached out to cancel, but since then, I’ve hit a wall — multiple messages, multiple people contacted, and no action taken. They continue to ignore my requests and have now stopped responding altogether.
This is not how a trustworthy company should operate. There’s a complete lack of transparency and accountability. I’m sharing this so others know to be cautious before signing anything or providing payment information.

Dishonest people who don't know what…
Dishonest people who don't know what they're doing. Initially they represented that they were from WebMD. Their salesperson wanted to take over my website and promised 6 new patient contacts/month thru their AI system with a 2 month cancelation if they didn't reach their goals. The price started at $900/month. When I laughed at him, he backed it down to $370. In 2 months there was a total of 2 contacts. When I tried to cancel, they said I couldn't because THEY didn't install a piece of their system within 14 days. Their website designer couldn't figure out how to move my domain name over. I had to lead her thru it. The phone app home/banner chopped up words. I had to complain.Embarrasing. I'm getting calls from other Chiros who have told the same story. A lot of money for no return. A lot of bells and whistles that are not realizing the cost. They keep telling me it needs time. It's now 3 months with the same 2 contacts. Waste.

Kudos to the onboarding crew
I’m giving 4 stars for the help and support I received from my onboarding team - Cristina Tapia and Maria Ochoa - as they were very helpful and understanding throughout the process. I’m deducting 1 star because overall I do not feel confident in this company’s business practices as they use pressure tactics from the moment they reach out. The gentleman that called initially would not provide a call back number (he called while I was unable to access my scheduling calendar) and instead pursued a line of questioning to find a date/time to get a call with his boss on the books. He said he was associated with WebMD and that they were offering free marketing on WebMD’s website. During my call with his boss, Michael Peltekian, is where he proceeded to engage in a presentation for DearDoc which is a paid service. I initially decided to give them a go, but after my call decided to go a different direction. I reached out to cancel before my onboarding process was started to spare and respect everyone’s time and efforts, but the language in the documents Michael had me sign commits you to paying through the onboarding process to activate their 60 day Satisfaction Guarantee which is when you can cancel services. Hindsight is 20/20 and I had a bad feeling in my gut from that first phone call on this not feeling like a good fit, so that’s on me. But to anyone considering, I’d take caution and encourage you not to get carried away with the sales tactics used in that initial sales calls.
