Exceptional Customer Service!

Top notch customer service

Sal from DearDoc was above and beyond helping me set up AI voice message. I felt like when I lost hope, he still had lots of patience and knowledge to make the process smooth and successful. I love of the skillful team from DearDoc and totally recommend if you are trying to take the technology in your business to the next level. They are all very skillful humans with hearts filled with compassion. Terrible customer experience with broken promises and confusing communication

At first, the service seemed reliable, but everything fell apart the moment payment was made. Responses dragged on for days, and updates were always vague or incomplete. Every issue felt like starting over from zero. What should have been a smooth, professional experience turned into endless follow-ups and hollow excuses. The careless handling of problems left a lasting negative impression. It was not just one mistake — it was the consistent disregard and lack of transparency that made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing.
